Kimberly Pretty

My name is Kimberly Pretty, & I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist at Affinity Counseling & Wellness, PLLC. We offer individual, group, couples, and family counseling, and serve a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

My clinical experience includes individuals of all ages (children, adolescents, adults), & also couples & families. My special interest is working with women as they adjust to different stages of life. I have broad experience with individuals & families facing relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, and stress management.

My counseling style is warm, authentic & collaborative. I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy, & the importance of establishing a solid therapeutic relationship in support of reaching your goals. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help facilitate change. I personalize my approach to each client using client centered, mindfulness-based, & cognitive behavioral counseling.
